Welcome to the Nigerian Bar Association Section on Business Law. The Section is made up of 15 (Fifteen) Council Members drawn from all sectors of Commercial Law Practice.

The Section functions through Committees whose chairmen are appointed by the Council Chairman. Mr. George Etomi is the Chairman of the Section, with Mr. Adegbola Adeniyi acting as the Secretary.

The Section on Business Law is modeled principally along the lines of the International Bar Association (IBA); and most of its activities are conducted through Committees. Twenty Committees have been drawn up ranging from Arbitration, Communications to Maritime and Taxation, amongst others.
