The NBA Section on Business Law functions through Committees whose chairmen are appointed by the Section Chairman. Every member of the Section on Business Law is expected to belong to at least one committee.

The Section is made up of Twenty Committees that exist to promote the participation of members of the Association towards achieving its objectives.

Membership is open to any member of the Nigerian Bar Association upon satisfactory completion of the Registration Form and the payment of the Section dues.
