The NBA Section on Business Law functions through Committees whose chairmen are appointed by the Section Chairman. Every member of the Nigeria Bar Association is expected to belong to at least one committee.

The Section is currently made up of Twenty Committees that exist to promote the participation of members of the Association towards achieving its objectives.
